But I didn’t stop there. While HIT provided the foundation, I wanted to push it further by integrating modern exercise science and the latest research in strength training, hypertrophy, and recovery. I spent years experimenting, testing different methods, and refining my approach, combining the brutal efficiency of HIT with scientifically-backed principles of progressive overload, optimal recovery, and precise nutrition tracking.
